All Sales Final – No Refunds or Returns

Because every item in our store is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.

Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

Order Cancellations: Orders MUST cancelled WITHIN 12 HOURS once they have been placed, as production begins immediately.
